PH Payroll v.2
PH Payroll 2 was introduced in 2020 by Czeth Accounting Consultancy Services, a consulting/outsourcing company subsidiary of Axcelsoft I.T. Solutions. This version has an enterprise-class touch with complete HRIS functionalities suitable to the work from home set-up. The team is continuously working to the system improvement ensuring to meet the client’s diverse needs even during the Covid-19 Pandemic situation.
Module 1 - Time Keeping
- With a web built-in Bundy Clock that allows the users to do the log-in entries online.
- With a separate reporting of timesheets for Employee, Supervisor and Payroll Admin allowing them to check the entries from their only access.
- The system will automatically do the timekeeping to avoid a manual entries of hours.
- Allows the HR to check and submit the collective entries of time sheets for payroll processing.
Module 2 - HRIS
- With web posting of Announcement for All or selective employees or company.
- Onboarding and Offboarding Management.
- Recording of issued memo and disciplinary actions.
- Import Time log Management.
- Alteration Time log Management.
- Fully Managed Employee Information Sheet and assigned Team.
- Fully Managed employee schedule.
- With Leave Management functionality.
- With a full access and management to the employee's deductions and earnings.

Module 3 - PAYROLL
- Set-up view in the scheduling of the payroll cut-off and releasing date.
- Fully Managed of payroll calculation and reporting.
- With Final Pay and Leave Conversion Calculation & Reporting
- Fully Managed of approved Leave, OT, Official Business and change of schedule requested by the employee.
- With Loan Management module and reporting
- Allows the user to lock the timesheet, payroll and post the payslips to the employee's ESS portal.

PH Payroll was introduced in 2017 by Axcelsoft I.T. Solutions through on-premises platform. In 2019, they improved the software features and successfully launched the new platform which is the first cloud-based version. This has been maintained with two services sites, Payroll & HRIS and Employee Self Service Portal with four (4) modules perfectly fit to the BPO set-up.
